Processing times:
- Ready to Ship items are normally shipped within 1-3 business day.
Notice: No changes can be guaranteed once you’ve placed your order so please double check your items and shipping address before placing your order.
The Process:
After you place your order, we will update you every step of the way via email.
When your package has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation email and a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you!

① Free shipping on orders $30 from all countries.
② Shipping Fee will be US$8 when order below US$30.
Estimated time for delivery:
Be advised that many factors contribute to delivery time. Once an order has been shipped, it will arrive within 7-14 working days.
International: International shipments are shipped with the most economic methods available based on location.
Missing Package Marked as Delivered
Although it is rare, sometimes your tracking number will say “Delivered” before your package has arrived. If this happens to you within 48 hours of the delivery, please try the following:
- Check your shipping notification email to ensure your package was shipped to the correct destination
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- See if someone else in the house or building accepted the delivery
- Wait 3 days — in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 3 days prior to arrival
Notice: We are not the shipping provider, once the order has been shipped, we do not have any control over it. Unfortunately, we can only offer customer service retaining to the Policy below. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping Policies:
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will quickly remake and resend you a replacement.
We will not accept responsibility if your local postal service has marked your items as delivered and you claim you have not received them. The issue then needs to be settled between yourself and the post office.
We do not accept responsibility if you fail to provide the correct address. Please double check to be sure your address is correct before placing your order.
Once the package has been shipped we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. If your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company. There will be no refunds or replacements sent out until the investigation has been concluded.
